As 2023 came to a close, the Adopt A River Team was pleased to be part of the Arima Girls R.C. School Walkathon which started and ended at the school’s compound on Church Street, Arima. Participants took to the streets of Arima, trekking through various parts of the Borough promoting and demonstrating actions for a healthier lifestyle. This ended in a Health Fair and continued activities throughout the day. Other groups participating included the Trinidad and Tobago Red Cross Society and Guardian Life
