On Tuesday August 8th, our camp stop took us to the Caura Community Center where our Team of Audra Francis-Smith, Dinnisha Rampersad and Eldon Coker engaged over 28 children of the Caura Valley Foundation Vacation Camp, ranging in ages 4 to 16 years old.
Participants of the camp including staff, were treated to videos and information on water facts, water challenges, water conservation and the water cycle, storytelling and colouring in our water activity booklets. Additionally, older participants learnt about water quality, watershed management and how to be more environmentally responsible. All were very enthused during the quiz segments!
